Shipping your parcel

Packages are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment, except in exceptional circumstances (involuntary out-of-stock situation, in which case you will be notified as soon as possible).

Mode of transport

We offer several carriers: La Poste Colissimo, DPD or Chronopost.

For each of the Colissimo and DPD carriers, we offer home delivery or delivery to a collection point.

Package tracking

The tracking number of your parcel is available in your customer area.

The tracking number for your parcel will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Delivery times

The date of delivery to the address indicated by the customer when ordering on the website depends on the processing and routing time of the chosen delivery service.

The delivery times set by the transport companies may be extended due to restrictions imposed by the various states and regions as a result of current events. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Rates vary according to the delivery method chosen. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Colissimo home delivery:

For orders under €40 incl. VAT: €9 incl. VAT

For orders between €40 and €60 incl. VAT: €7.5 incl. VAT

For orders between €60 and €80 incl. VAT: €6 incl. VAT

For all orders over €80 incl. VAT, shipping is free.

Delivery by DPD to a relay point:

For orders under €40 incl. VAT: €6 incl. VAT

For orders between €40 and €60 incl. VAT: €5 incl. VAT

For orders between €60 and €80 incl. VAT: €4.20 incl. VAT

For all orders over €80 incl. VAT, shipping is free.

Home delivery with DPD carrier on time slots :

For orders under €40 incl. VAT: €7.20 incl. VAT

For orders between €40 and €60 incl. VAT: €6 incl. VAT

For orders between €60 and €80 incl. VAT: €4.50 incl. VAT

For all orders over €80 incl. VAT, shipping is free.

Delivery with the DPD carrier to the workplace/company:

For orders under €40 incl. VAT: €8 incl. VAT

For orders between €40 and €60 incl. VAT: €6.60 incl. VAT

For orders between €60 and €80 incl. VAT: €5 incl. VAT

For all orders over €80 incl. VAT, shipping is free.

Chronopost delivery rates for mainland France (including Corsica) :

13.50€ ttc

Delivery tomorrow before 1pm, only for orders placed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays before 9am. The rest of the time, deliveries are guaranteed for 48 hours.

Price for delivery outside mainland France by Colissimo:

Package wrapping

Boxes are the right size and your items are properly protected.

In the interests of ecology, we reuse as much of the packaging we receive as possible. It is therefore possible that you will receive your order in a box that has already been used. We only reuse cartons that are in good condition, and the same applies to the padding that protects your order.

Forwarding expenses

When a parcel is returned to us by a post office or a relay point because it has not been collected within the time limit set by the carrier, a re-shipment fee will be charged.

The fee is €8, regardless of the order value or carrier (excluding Chronopost).

The parcel will be forwarded to the same address as originally chosen, using the same delivery method.

This amount is valid for metropolitan France only, for other destinations the amount will be calculated according to the destination.

This amount can be paid either by credit card by telephone or by bank transfer. Once payment has been received, the parcel will be reshipped as soon as possible.
