Cade wood has been used for fumigation since the dawn of time.
According to legend, the “Bois des Sorcières” was used to ward off spirits in the South of France.
How is Poudre de Cade made?
We use off-cuts of cade wood from our other activities, then reduce them to small cubes to facilitate grinding. Our workers then pass the small cubes over abrasive belts to reduce them finely to powder. Finally, we sift the powder into a large barrel.
We use only French Cade wood (South of France).
What does Bois de Cade smell like?
Warm and rustic
