Description

Ground into powder, cade wood is used as a natural incense.

As far back as the Middle Ages, shepherds in Languedoc and Provence burned cade wood in their chimneys to repel insects and absorb odors.

Perfume your home

When burned, cade powder releases a bewitching smoke and a fresh, woody, slightly peppery scent that transports you to the garrigue of Provence.

Thyme fragrance

Thyme is an aromatic plant much appreciated in cooking and herbal teas, but it is also widely used in perfumery.

Drawing their aromatic, sun-drenched fragrances from the arid soils of the Mediterranean garrigue, Cade wood and Thyme blend perfectly in our natural incense.

Thyme adds an intense, invigorating fragrance with a hint of lemon to Cade’s woody, spicy notes.

A little anecdote: the Romans used it to purify their homes.

Take advantage of Cade powder scented with Thyme to immerse yourself in the heart of Provence by burning your incense in the Merlin Lamp.
